I would like to this opportunity to thank you for your prompt and
thorough reporting. Not only was impressed that you would come out on a Sunday, but I was very impressed to have received
the completed report that same Sunday evening. You stated that "the job isn't complete till the report's complete",
and you are a man of your word. The report is well written and thorough. And it's also written
in a "language" that that the average home buyer can understand. I've read reports that have had too
much "inspector/contractor" lingo, at times making it difficult for the home buyer (the client) to make educated
decisions in what to take of first and what warrants priority status. Once again, I'd like to thank you for your services
